Yum, yum, yum! This lemon chicken recipe hit the spot! Absolutely delicious and so easy to make. Would have never thought a few ingredients could make a dish that tasted this good! It’s a winning recipe among my family and I will be browsing your site for even more favorites. Thank you!
Hi Tessa, it’s a family favorite in my household too 🙂 Thank you for your message. Happy browsing!
I was back at your website for more recipes and decided to make the lemon chicken. It was just for one person so I just used two chicken thighs and cut the remaining recipe ingredients. There was so much flavor with so few ingredients, I was very pleased. I especially liked that it was a one pan meal. I did add fresh green beans to the pan so they would cook with the onions and the chicken so that I would have a green vegetable with it without having to clean another pot. Thank you for such a great recipe.
